Angela N. Fowlkes

I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center in 2011 and have been licensed to practice law in Texas ever since. Throughout my career, I have focused on family law matters where the emotional and legal stakes are highest.

My time spent at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas formed the bedrock of my practice. Handling delicate, high-conflict family cases taught me how to navigate the court system efficiently while keeping my clients' safety, dignity, and parental rights front and center. Today, as a solo practitioner in private practice, I bring that same vigor and compassion to every individual I serve throughout the Texas Panhandle.
